Each release liner is engineered for a specific application based on length, width, thickness, pressure resistance, temperature ratings, elasticity, flexibility and more. One side or both sides of a release liner is coated in a release agent allowing a clean separation between the release liner and the self adhesive or mastic bonding compound.

Our release liners are paper or film lined substrates that work with self adhesive products for a clean, strong application when removed. Fox River Associates release liners are engineered in a wide variety of configurations including variable iterations of one sided and two sided release liner substrates.

Most industries and self adhesive products come with their own specifications for a release liner that we can match perfectly. There are release liners for some industries and products that are already available, such as:

  • Automotive Part Release Liners
  • Composite Material Release Liners
  • Electronics Component Release Liners
  • Graphic Design Release Liners
  • Industrial Product Release Liners
  • Medical Release Liners
  • Building/Construction Material Release Liners
  • Tag/Label Release Liners
  • Tape/Mastic Release Liners

Fox River Associates can engineer custom release liners for nearly any specification if we don't already have a perfected release liner for your self adhesive product. All of our release liners can be cut into nearly any shape for a custom fit release liner. Fox River Associates imposes very little limitation on production volume, when it comes to release liners, we can produce as little or as many release liners as your order requires, in most cases. From concept, to prototyping, and into production, Fox River Associates can help engineer the perfect release liner for your self adhesive product.
