Composite Release Liners
Fox River Associates takes pride in our release liners. We produce quality, reliable, and durable Composite Release Liners. We also make sure that our release liners have a long shelf life, for those who won’t be using all of the release liner at once. We make sure that our Composite Release Liners can withstand any kind of temperatures, so that you can use your composites in freezing temperatures.
Release liners are very important part to the use of adhesives. Without having a release liner your adhesive will be sticking to everything it touches. Our Composite release liners act as a protective covering over the adhesive.
Our Composite Release Liners have several different configurations. One of our most widely used is our Polyethylene Terephthalate or PET. It’s a thermoplastic polymer resign that is used in synthetic fibers. We offer 1 and 2 sided PET release liners. A 1 sided Release liner has one silicone layer on top of a poly layer, which is on top of a paper layer and the bottom of the paper layer is on another poly layer. The difference between a 1 and 2 sided PET is the silicone layer. 2 sided has the silicone layer on the top and bottom.
