Ceramic Release Liners

There are two common configurations for ceramic release liners used in the industry. We have the single sided ceramic release liners, made up of a single layer of silicone, a poly layer, either a paper or film layer and a final poly layer after. And for applications requiring a double sided release liner we also have the two sided ceramic release liners. Similarly to the single sided ceramic release liners, the double release liners are made up of a first layer of silicone, a poly layer, either a paper or film layer, a secondary poly layer and a final layer of silicone.

We also have clay coated ceramic release liners which are similarly made to poly coated release liners but the polyethylene takes place for a clay base for its ceramic properties.

Available ceramic release liners are:

  • Single and two sided poly coated ceramic release liner
  • Single and two sided clay coated ceramic release liner
  • Single and two sided high density polyethylene ceramic release liner
  • Single and two sided low density polyethylene ceramic release liner
  • Single and two sided glassine ceramic release liner
  • Single and two sided non-silicone ceramic release liner
  • Two sided equal and differential ceramic release liner
In addition we carry low density polyethylene (LDPE) ceramic release liners. LDPE is a thermoplastic most widely used in containers and canisters containing liquid. We also have high density polyethylene ceramic release liners. Made from the same monomer ethylene, HDPE ceramic release liners utilize a higher density ration allowing them much greater durability and strength compared to LDPE ceramic release liners.
